We will treat all responses within 24 hours prior to when its been sent. Holidays and breaks will delay in our response to complaints which involves a physical approach during school times. 

However, we will treat every complaint with utmost seriousness and we are happy to welcome every suggestion that will help us improve on how we teach and nurture your child.
